Como os explicaba el año pasado en los post relativos a FITUR, Madrid está llena de buenos restaurantes y bares de tapas. Voy a contar en este post cuáles son los restaurantes que se han inaugurado en los últimos meses y que están más de moda. Si es la primera vez que vienes a la feria, puedes encontrar en el blog los mejores restaurantes de toda la vida, pero si asistes con frecuencia y ya los conoces, espero que este post te sirva de ayuda.
Todos los restaurantes que incluyo tienen el enlace a su página del blog. Como está escrita en español, en este post pondré una breve descripción de cada uno sólo en inglés.
Si queréis conocer algunos de mis favoritos, con independencia de que estén abiertos desde hace muchos o pocos años, pinchad aquí. Tambien os sugiero que algún día reservéis en una casa de comidas.

As I wrote last year in the post about FITUR , Madrid has plenty of good restaurants and tapas bars. But in this post, as I did in 2011, I´m going to recommend the trendiest restaurants opened during the last months.
